How do I know which design service is right for me?
We offer thoughtfully tiered virtual design packages depending on how much support you’re looking for — whether that’s layout guidance, 3D visualization, or a fully curated sourcing plan. If you’re unsure which tier fits your needs, reach out and we’ll guide you in the right direction.
Do I receive revisions?
Yes. Each design service includes one complimentary revision so we can refine the final plan and ensure everything feels aligned before completion.
How are open-concept spaces counted?
Open-concept areas are considered separate rooms based on function. For example, a kitchen, dining, and living area within the same footprint are each treated individually. This allows us to properly design and allocate attention to each space.
Can I upgrade my package later?
You can absolutely move into a higher tier if you decide you’d like additional services such as 3D visuals or sourcing. Your original investment will be applied toward the upgraded package.

Do you work with clients outside of the U.S.?
Yes, we work with clients internationally. For sourcing services, we’ll confirm which retailers are accessible to you so selections can be tailored accordingly.
What if I don’t see exactly what I need?

What is trade sourcing?
Trade sourcing provides access to exclusive furniture and décor vendors available only to design professionals. These brands often offer higher-quality craftsmanship, customization options, and pieces not widely available in retail.
What does a Design Coordinator handle?
If you choose trade sourcing, a dedicated Design Coordinator will manage order placement and communication with vendors for approved items, helping streamline the purchasing process.
Am I required to purchase everything on my sourcing list?
Not at all. You are free to purchase as much or as little as you’d like from your curated list.
Can I place orders myself?
For retail items, yes. Trade discounts, however, apply only when orders are placed through our trade accounts and coordinated by our team.
How much are trade discounts?
Discounts vary by vendor, but when available, we typically extend approximately 20% off retail pricing through our trade partnerships.
What is the return policy for trade items?
Return policies vary by vendor. Defective or damaged items are addressed at no cost. If a return is requested for preference reasons, shipping fees may apply depending on the vendor’s policy.
How long do I have to place my order?
We recommend placing orders within 30 days of receiving your sourcing list, as inventory and pricing can change.
Is trade sourcing available internationally?
At this time, trade sourcing and coordinated ordering are available within the United States due to shipping and vendor limitations.
